At the half-way stage in the Tri-Nation Under-19s tournament, India and Bangladesh occupy the top two places and are only separated by NRR. Bangladesh defeated the hosts England twice in the two meetings. But India lost in the recent most game against England where they rested their key players. India won the first meeting between them and Bangladesh by 29 runs.

Interestingly, it was only time in five completed matches that a team batting first ended up on the winning side in the tournament. The other game between the two teams ended in a washout. The recent most game in this competition was played between Bangladesh and England, where the visiting team chased down 243 with help of fifties from Mahmudul Hasan Joy (81) and Towhid Hridoy (75*).

Expert Advice:

India Under-19s have announced a whole different squad for the Under-19s Asia Cup. Only seven players are in common across this Tri-Series and the announced Asia Cup squad. India might not yet give chances for those playing in that tournament. Rather they could be seen giving as many matches as possible for the players who will return home after this tour.

Probable Winners:

India Under-19s are expected to return to winning ways with their 3rd win of the tournament.
