Twitter Reaction: Funny tweets on the West Indies batting performance: West Indies was supposed to give a tough fight to India on a pitch that is tailored for fast bowlers. West Indies batted first after winning the toss. They had a very slow start by their means as both Chris Gayle and Dwayne Smith had trouble rotating the strike and ended up making 35/4 in the first 9 overs. Smith was troubled by the pace, swing and bounce generated by both Umesh Yadav and Mohd Shami. Ultimately they lost the plot along with the wickets. They had some contributions from Captain Jason Holder, Darren Sammy and Chris Gayle. The Indian fast bowlers and spinners kept the batting under control and were successful in negating the threat of Chris Gayle and Marlon Samuels.
West Indies were bowled out for 182 runs with Captain Jason Holder making 57, his highest score in One Day Internationals.
