Twitter Reactions on Shahid Afridi’s irresponsible batting attitude: Pakistan relied on the Boom Boom Man for giving them quick fire starts in most part of the 2000s; though in the last part of his career Afridi has played as the 5th bowler in the team and bats down really low and with very little significance. But since we know his caliber and batting abilities even though he has disowned expectations n number of times, they have always been there.
In the quarter-final clash against co-hosts Australia in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 the team was in trouble when he came in to bat with lot of over’s still to play. The hopes of Pakistan fans rose again when Afridi, hit 3 fours and a six really early in his innings. Being the most experienced player for the Green team did something very irresponsible and at 23 from 15 balls played an unnecessary shot.
At that moment his team needed him to stay there even if he scored singles they would have been valuable. Afridi doesn’t seem to care about it and just threw his wicket away as he was caught by Aaron Finch on a Josh Hazlewood delivery. If Pakistan loses the game this could probably be the last time Afridi and many others are donning this Jersey.
Our Twitter TROLLers swung into action instantly and if Shahid Afridi reads these he would rather not afford play that way again in embarrassment. Here are the best tweets in Twitter Reactions on Shahid Afridi’s irresponsible batting attitude

More classic Afridi. He's caught on the mid-wicket boundary. For 23. His career average. Off 15 balls. Slightly less than his career average
