Twitter Reactions: Pakistan ride upon Imad, Babar as they run riot over the WT20 champions

In a pretty much one-sided encounter, the two Pakistani youngsters stole the limelight with some inspiring performances. Earlier in the game, Sarfaraz Ahmed won the toss as Pakistan elected to field first. It was expected to be a thrilling encounter considering the WT20 champions were in action.
West Indies plummeted into a hapless situation as Imad Wasim had them heading back to the pavilion one after the another. The WT20 champions were reduced to 48/8 within no matter of time. The same team which smashed 240 odd runs against India just a month ago.
There was some respite for Windies in the form of Dwayne Bravo who scored a run a ball half century along with Taylor who scored 21(21). Both put up a record 66 run partnership for the ninth wicket before the visitors folded up for 115 in the last over.
The star bowler for Pakistan was none other than Imad who had figures of 5/14 in his quota of 4 overs. Tanvir also got a couple of wickets while Nawaz and Hasan got one each. The Caribbeans could’ve well been bundled for a paltry score if not for Bravo who turned up as a saving grace for them.
On the other hand, Pakistan lost Sharjeel who looked on a roll before he got knocked over at the stumps by Badree. From there on, another youngster Babar Azam striked the daylights out of the West Indian bowlers. He smashed 55 runs from 37 balls as Pakistan cruised to victory by 9 wickets and more than 5 overs to spare. Khalid Latif remained unbeaten at a well compiled 34(32).
Much predictably, Imad Wasim was declared the man of the match for a stunning effort with the ball. Twitter was enthralled with praises for Imad and Babar for some stellar performances. While the West Indian team got trolled for their poor outing in both the departments, there was much appreciation for how Pakistan dominated their way up throughout the game.
Here are some of the Twitter reactions that took place during the course of the game:

C'mon Rambo.
Wahab is an extremely easy bowler to hit through ANY SIDE.

100-8? Been telling this for a while: even for a team like WI, you need a couple of clutch players. Batting depth isn't everything.
