Twitter Reactions: Ravindra Jadeja continues to strike with the ball: Ravindra Jadeja continues his brilliant form with the ball in Ranji Trophy as he picked his 6th consecutive 5-wicket haul in the innings and 3rd consecutive 10-wicket haul in the match.

Part of the 4th round game of the Ranji Trophy 2015-16, Jadeja picked up 6 and 7 wickets respectively in the game against Hyderabad to give his side Saurashtra, a 35-run victory on Day 2 itself.

He has been at his own thus far in the season. Jadeja was axed from the Indian team after he failed to deliver both with the bat and the ball. He fared pooly in the series against Australia leading into the World Cup 2015, had a dry run at the world cup and many blamed him as the reason for the team’s semi-final exit.

After Jaddu failed to leave a mark in the IPL, where he has usually done well and could not contribute in favor of the team during the ODI series in Bangladesh which they eventually lost to the home team, he was axed from the Indian T20I, ODI as well as Test team.

With some amazing, rather unbelievable performances thus far in the Ranji Trophy for his team Saurashtra he has been able to knock heavily on the doors of national selectors and they were forced to draft him back in the Test squad. Since his selection he has got a notch better and bagged another couple of 5-wicket hauls. With that, he also equalled a historic record held by CS Naidu and L Balaji.
