Sun Risers Hyderabad took on the Kings XI Punjab in an exciting contest at the Rajiv Gandhi stadium. Captain David Warner won the toss as SRH elected to field first. While Punjab brought in Nikhil Naik and Rishi Dhawan while SRH had an unchanged XI.

Batting first, Kings XI Punjab lost the man in form Murali Vijay early. Shaun Marsh played well scoring exhilarating 40 runs from 34 balls while the rest of the team kept falling like a pack of cards. Glenn Maxwell and David Miller continued their poor run in the tournament as the SRH bowlers exerted tremendous pressure on the batsmen.

In the end, Axar Patel’s 36 from 17 balls helped Punjab put up something to defend for the bowlers. Mustafizur Rahman bowled splendidly well and returned with unbelievable figures of 4-1-9-2. Moises Henriques also got two wickets that of Miller and Maxwell as the SRH bowlers were absolutely clinical.

On the other hand, Warner began in an emphatic fashion as he raced his way to 59 from 31 balls. Shikhar Dhawan also did well for a run a ball 45 as Sunrisers got another fantastic start from their openers. Later on, Eoin Morgan provided some finishing touches as the Sunrisers Hyderabad won the match by 5 wickets with 13 balls to spare.

Mustafizur was deservingly announced the man of the match for his superb bowling. Twitter kept everyone entertained throughout the match with some hilarious tweets. Right from trolling Rishi Dhawan to lauding Mustafizur, here are some of the Twitter reactions during the course of the game:
