Match Details:

The 5th game of the 2019 United States Tri-Nation Series is played between Papua New Guinea (P.N.G) and Namibia will be hosted by the Central Broward Regional Park (CBRP) Stadium Turf Ground in Lauderhill, Florida.

The match starts at 9:45 AM local time (1:45 PM GMT) (7:15 PM IST).

Preview:

The domination of the United States of America was halted by Namibia on Friday when they handed the hosts a huge 139-run defeat. Namibia suffered a big defeat in their first match were they were bowled out for just 121. JP Kotze alone scored 136 to become Namibia’s first ODI centurion. His knock helped Namibia post 287/8 in restricted 49 overs. USA were bundled out for 142 in pursuit of a revised target of 282 in 47 overs.

The remaining two matches will be played between Papua New Guinea and Namibia on Sunday and Monday. The PNG team will be looking for their first win of the tournament having lost to USA twice. In fact, PNG have not won a game in this ICC Cricket World Cup League Two 2019-2022. They lost all the four matches during the Tri-Series hosted by Scotland that involved Oman as the 3rd side.

Weather Condition/Report:

Most of the Sunday is expected to be cloudy in Lauderhill. There could be some spells of rain in the afternoon as it happened in this tournament. However, the chances are quite less this time and might not see any reduction in overs.

Pitch Condition/Report:

The game between USA and Namibia was played on a better track as Namibia batted well but got slow down by 2nd innings. The game on Sunday could be played on a slightly tougher track.

Average first innings score: 210 (ODI matches)
