India got a healthy lead at the end of the day four and declared for 603 with nine wickets down. That saw Ravindra Jadeja reach his fifty and his famous sword celebration. Virat Kohli was quick to call his batters back after the lead exceeded 150.

Australia knew they had a task in hands. They had to go into day five without losing any wickets. But Ravindra Jadeja had other ideas. David Warner and Matt Renshaw came out to bat to a very energetic and pumped up Indian team. No doubt energy was flowing, Virat was on the field and cheering the crowd and his boys up every single minute.

David Warner hit Ashwin for two fours through the extra cover region in the first over. Jadeja, on the other hand, troubled him. It was not long before a nervy Warner was cleaned through the gate by the left arm spinner and the celebrations were very wild, led by who else? Yes, you got it right, Virat Kohli.

Virat celebrated wildly but one ex-Indian batter did not like it. VVS Laxman was not at all happy with the Indian skipper. He said that he was very disappointed with the Indian captain, also adding that if someone else makes a mistake you shouldn’t do the same as well.

Laxman was angry with Virat and it was understandable as VVS was always on the calmer side of the things in his playing days. The former Indian batter said, “Very disappointed to see a celebration of Kohli after Warner’s wicket.”

“He is the captain. Someone did a mistake, that does not mean he has to do the same,” said Laxman while talking after the day’s play in Ranchi.

The over the top celebration will make the news but the most important thing is that India are on top at the end of Day Four and enter the last day with all the momentum.
