One of the most attractive players of the tournament, Devdutt Padikkal had a spectacular outing and finished the tournament as the highest run-scorer. The 19-year-old scored big runs pretty much every game and formed a sensational opening stand with KL Rahul.

The stylish left-handed batsman scored just 11 runs in the final, but it was enough for him to finish above Abhinav Mukund as the highest run-scorer. He registered a total of 609 runs, bagging 2 hundreds and five half-centuries.

The youngster was picked up by Royal Challengers Bangalore last season. The Royal Challengers have been struggling to find a good opener ever since they lost KL Rahul and Chris Gayle in 2018 and this could perhaps be a great few months for the teenage sensation.
