Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have a special message for New Year

After the grand wedding festivities of the Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma wedding in Italy, Delhi and Mumbai, the couple is spending time together in South Africa. Team India are touring the African nation for three test matches, six ODIs and three T20Is and the series will officially commence on January 5 at Newlands, Cape Town with the first Test.

Anushka Sharma, like various other families of the cricketers on tour, accompanied Virat Kohli in order to spend New Year with him. The couple was seen spending time shopping and exploring Cape Town with Shikhar Dhawan and family. In a post, Virat and Shikhar are seen showing off their bhangra moves to the tunes of a band, few days ahead of their first Test. They weren’t the only ones dancing as they had Shikhar’s little son Zoravar giving them company.

In another post, Virat took to Twitter to post a picture along with Anushka along the scenic beauty of South Africa, wishing everyone for New Year saying, “Wishing you all a very happy, healthy and prosperous New year. Love and light to all.”

While Virat and Co. will begin their campaign against South Africa, Anushka is expected to return to Mumbai this week to begin the next schedule of Aanand L Rai’s untitled film with Shah Rukh Khan. It will also star Katrina Kaif. Meanwhile, the makers of the film will release the title of the movie this evening.

The shooting of the film began in September. Aanand L Rai earlier revealed that he wants to release the film later in 2018. “I will take another year and a half. We are targeting 2018 December. Nothing has been decided yet but we will announce the title very soon,” he had told TOI. Shah Rukh Khan plays the role of a dwarf. VFX and special effects will play a significant role in the film.
