Indian captain Virat Kohli has been enjoying a rich vein of form in all formats of the game for quite some time now. He has attributed his success largely to the strict fitness regime he follows apart from rigorous training. He has made wholesale changes to his diet as well which has further helped him to do well on the field.

It has been learned that Kohli has been following a no-carbohydrate diet for a long time now. He long ago stopped eating junk food but now doesn’t even eat bread or chappatis at all. Kohli is fond of protein diet and eats a lot of lamb chops and Salmon fish, no matter which part of the world he is in.

Not only food, Kohli gives considerable amount of attention to what he drinks. The water that he drinks is a lesser known brand but is very good in quality as it is exported from France. Evian water is especially filled from a natural spring that is located in a rural area in France.

A liter bottle of Evian costs as much as Rs 600 in India. It is not available everywhere in the country and Kohli makes it a point that he carries it everywhere he goes. Kohli is spending his hard earned money well on Evian, which is the most expensive water around the globe.

Small things make a lot of difference. It is things like these which have set Kohli apart from the rest in the past few years. A lot of effort goes off the cricket field to put up the superlative performances that he has in the last couple of years on the field.

Kohli is currently at the helm of RCB in the IPL. They have struggled this year but this man is more than capable of turning things around for them, just like how he did it last year.
