Virat Kohli sends across his best wishes to Aleem Dar for a special project

Aleem Dar has established his name in the cricket fraternity as one the most respected international umpires. He is currently one of the officials in the ongoing South Africa vs India ODI series. Indian captain Virat Kohli, on the other hand, might not have the best the best friends with the umpires on the field as he likes to flirt with the boundaries often. He, however, shares a warm relation with all of them off the field.

A great initiative

Having established his reputation on the cricket field, Dar has launched a new restaurant. The establishment is named “Dar’s Delighto” and is in Lahore, Pakistan. It is situated in 413-E PIA road Main Blvd, Johar town, Lahore. The proceeds from the restaurant will be utilized for constructing a school for hearing impaired children who are deprived of education. This amazing initiative has already won thousands of heart.

Kohli, in his video, has recommended people to try out the amazing food at Dar’s Delighto. He congratulated the veteran match official for his new venture and wished him success like he has had in his current career as an umpire. The grand opening of the restaurant was held on the 30th of December, 2017.

It is a multi-cuisine restaurant that serves all the meals and beverages. The Mughlai Cuisine there is termed the best that one can find in the country. The restaurant is inclined towards serving the best quality food at economical prices. With the help of this venture, Dar will contribute to ensuring the hearing impaired children are able to achieve their goals and move forward in life.

Aleem Dar already operates a Cricket Academy that works for the same cause. Such initiatives ensure the development of the lower economic group as well as the society on the whole.
