The camaraderie between Indian players is a known fact to everyone and Virat Kohli shares a different bond with the veteran off-spinner Harbhajan Singh. Harbhajan is currently not a part of the Indian team and striving hard to make a comeback. The skipper has sent him a gift and informed the off-spinner on social media in a unique way.

Virat is currently in Sri Lanka leading the side in the ongoing ODI series and Harbhajan was in Sweden last week as he had tweeted from the country. Both the cricketers have played together for a long time and it feels nice to see the level of comfort they share.

The main story…

Kohli has received a new speaker and he took to Twitter to explain its features and the quality of sound. He posted a video and also demonstrated the speaker’s water resistant ability by holding it under water. It still worked despite the water as the song continued to play right through. Kohli’s post read, “Finally got my new wireless travel buddy! Pool sessions are going to be so much more fun now.@MuveAcoustics #Splash #SoundThatInspires.”

Harbhajan saw the video and asked the skipper to send him one of those. In a reply to Kohli’s post, Bhajji’s tweet read, “Send me one.”

The off-spinner might have said it just for fun but the skipper straight away obliged to the senior pro and sent him the same. Kohli soon replied to Bhajji’s tweet saying that he should keep an eye on the mail box, the speakers will reach his doorsteps anytime soon. Kohli tweeted, “Bhajju Paa, Keep an eye on the daakiya!.”

The gesture from the Indian skipper is very warm and one would hope the brotherhood between the two remains the same forever.

Here is the series of tweets exchanged between the two:
