Virat Kohli is one of those celebrities who has been spotted a number of times raising his voice for the women. Kohli, who is a strong believer of quality, was also a part of the campaign where Team India decided to play matches with their mother’s name on their jersey. The Indian skipper showed his support for women once again in an advertisement of a watch brand where he asked men to act like gentlemen.

Virat Kohli posted the advertisement from his official Twitter account which was for Tissot watches. In the advertisement, Virat Kohli speaks about the misbehaviour of men with the ladies. Kohli stands by the women of this world and asks men to take the opportunity and be a gentleman.

His speech in the commercial goes like “This is your time Virat, that’s what they keep telling me. And sometimes, I think maybe it is. I used to feel proud then that I’ve become a man in this world who’s made it to the pages. But now, I’m only ashamed. Men of this world have forgotten how to behave with the ladies. And yet, while this world isn’t, time is fair and it belongs to all of us. So take it. This is your time. Be a gentleman.”

The first Test:

Virat Kohli is having a gala time at Colombo after his team defeated the Sri Lankans in the first Test match of the series. He took out time to chill on the beach with team mates KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya and the photos went viral on Twitter. Kohli was instrumental in the Indian second inning as the batsman welcomed his form back with a century. It was a much-needed hundred for the skipper considering his late struggle with the bat in the Test format. India crushed the Sri Lankans by a whopping 304 runs in a one sided game.
