Virat Kohli, the Delhi-born Indian all-format captain, is undoubtedly one of the best batsmen doing the rounds in international cricket. His numbers at the highest level are for everyone to see. Moreover, he is also destined to achieve a plethora of records as his career progresses. Recently, he became the fastest batsman to score 10,000 ODI runs, surpassing the legendary Sachin Tendulkar.

He is currently International Cricket Council’s (ICC) number one-ranked ODI and Test batsman. He made his debut back in 2008 against Sri Lanka and hasn’t looked back ever since. In the initial stage of his career, Kohli made an impact in limited-overs cricket. However, with the passage of time, he has also stamped his authority in Test cricket, the most demanding of the three formats.

The bearded beast has as many as six double centuries in the most traditional form of the sport. He is now set to play the four-match Test series against Australia, which gets underway on December 6 at the renowned Adelaide Oval. India are yet to win a Test series Down Under and Kohli is in with an opportunity of turning the tables on their opponents and carry his team to victory.

Virat training hard

This year itself, India have already lost a couple of overseas Test series against South Africa and England. In a bid to perform well in the red-ball fixtures, Kohli has pulled his socks up and is training hard. He is someone, who likes to stay fit and be in shape. The Gymnasium seems to be one of his favourite places and the same is pretty evident from his well-toned body.

He took to Twitter and posted a picture of his training with Jasprit Bumrah, Rishabh Pant and Parthiv Patel. All four were seen sticking their tongues out. Moreover, he captioned the picture and wrote, “That’s what happens when you do group circuit training!” However, supporters found something hilarious in the picture and they trolled all four of them.
