You would think that Hanuma Vihari, a cricketer with the aura of a politically correct person and calm looking personality, will not be seen giving savage replies to everyone. However, the Andhra cricketer did exactly that on Wednesday afternoon, when he came across a tweet by Babul Supriyo, an elected Member of Parliament, from West Bengal.

The reaction of Hanuma Vihari caught the eyes of the Twitter king of Indian cricket, Virender Sehwag. The former Indian opener has been famous for his cheeky nuances and tweets since he joined social media.

Hanuma Vihari corrects the spelling mistake by Supriyo

The incident started when Supriyo while watching the final day’s play between India and Australia tweeted being critical of Vihari’s approach. He wrote, “Playing 109 balls to score 7 ! That is atrocious to say the least. Hanuma Bihari has not only killed any Chance for India to achieve a historic win but has also murdered Cricket.. not keeping win an option, even if remotely, is criminal. PS: I know that I know nothing abt cricket”

To this, the Indian middle-order batsman could have replied with a fierce answer. However, that’s not the Vihari we all know. He subtly replied pointing out that the Supriyo got the name wrong. As soon as his reply arrived, people started noticing it. It might have caught the eyes of Sehwag.

The former Delhi player decided to take a screenshot and upload it on Twitter. He also added a caption which read, “Apna Vihari, Sab par Bhaari !”, which translates to ‘Our Vihari can take on everyone else.’

Supriyo gets intensely trolled by Indian fans

Indian spinner and Vihari’s partner in crime from the epic knock in Sydney, Ravichandran Ashwin, also jumped into the action. He uploaded the same picture by putting a caption, “ROFLMAX!”

The MP was also trolled by many Indian fans, who bashed him for saying a ridiculous thing about the knock which Vihari played. The knock by the young batsman would be recalled in the years to come as one of the bravest innings ever played. He kept blocking everything while battling a hamstring injury. He played 161 balls and held one end and didn’t allow the Aussies to get through.
