Team India pacer Ishant Sharma recently got married to his long-time girlfriend Pratima Singh. The tall pacer stepped down from the isle of bachelorhood to start the new innings of his life. All his friends and the cricket fraternity took to the social media to send their well-wishes for Ishant Sharma. Among all the wishes, the one that stood out was by Virender Sehwag. The former Indian cricketer is known as the Twitter sensation these days. He is renowned for his sarcasm filled tweets and hilarious digs.

On the occasion of Ishant Sharma’s wedding, Sehwag turned a pro wedding counsellor to give some tips to Ishant. He asked Ishant to not remain ‘shant’ (quiet) after his wedding. He wrote, “Congratulations @ImIshant Sharma and Pratima on your marriage. Shaant mat rehna iShaant .” A very shy Ishant Sharma wrote back that he has no other option thAn to remain quiet after the wedding. “Thanks paaji, ab to shant hi rehna padega,” replied Ishant.

That was not enough and Sehwag came up with another reply. He insisted on starting an application wherein both Ishant and Sehwag would team up to learn how to stay quiet. He wrote, “Nahiiiiin mere Lambu Aata ,main yeh nahi dekh sakta!Recommend u to build a new app iShaant,we can partner&demonstrate, ways to bcum shaant.”

A week earlier, another Indian cricketer had hit the wedding chords. Swashbuckling Indian batsman Yuvraj Singh got hitched to Bollywood actress Hazel Keech. On this occasion, it was the opening partner of Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, who had become the love guru. Gambhir surely had his well-wishes reserved for the couple. Gambhir had shared a picture in his tweet that featured the beautiful couple.

He had mentioned that Yuvraj looked as if he was wearing a chest guard beneath his wedding attire. Yuvraj indeed looked very broad shouldered in the pic. Gambhir went on to add his word of caution as he said that there are definitely no chest guards in married life. He wrote, “.@YUVSTRONG12  seems u r wearing a chestguard beneath dat sherwani! Lemme tell u bro der r no chestguards made 2 fend marital bouncers yet!”
