Former Indian batsman Virender Sehwag is not a new name for the cricket fans. During his playing days, Sehwag was one of the most prolific entertainers with the bat. Now, after having retired, he has not been short of any entertainment either. He never missed out on cashing in with a witty or funny tweet whenever a chance is round the corner.

The former opener has made a name for himself in the social media space. With his hilarious digs on the social media, he has been an entertainer off the field. Sehwag is known for his hilarious tweets that are pun-heavy and loaded with sarcasm. His fans often look up to his tweets for the birthday wishes that he reserves for his fellow cricketers.

This time around, it was a special request made to Aamir Khan that caught the attention of the people. Aamir Khan’s latest Bollywood release ‘Dangal’ has been widely appreciated by the audience. Such has been the popularity that people of all ages have enjoyed the movie. Incidentally, Virender Sehwag was invited for the special screening of the movie.

He attended the movie screening and obviously appreciated the work. In a tweet that he came up with thereafter was a witty one. Aamir Khan would have certainly not anticipated a reply such as that. Sehwag requested Aamir to give away free tissues at the cinema theatres for the movie. He cited that Aamir himself had a towel with him on his shoulder to wipe his tears. The audiences were not privileged with a towel such as that and hence felt the need for the tissue.

Sehwag’s light hearted tweet was loved by his fans. He tweeted, ” Thank u @aamir_khan fr d special #Dangal screening.U had an angocha to wipe ur tears in the end, shud give free tissues with tickets for us .”
