Virender Sehwag has made it a habit of wishing members of cricket fraternity in an entertaining manner. On Thursday, he wished former Indian opener Chetan Chauhan on his birthday in his own witty style.

Sehwag equated Chauhan with the role the famous Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachan played in the movie ‘Agneepath’. The name of Amitabh’s character in the movie was Vijay Deenanath Chauhan and had a famous dialogue where the character introduced himself with his full name including parents’ name, profession, and age.

In a similar manner Sehwag wrote on his Twitter handle, “Naam-Chetan Pratap Singh Chauhan, Kaam- DDCA VP/NIFT chairman, Record-1st player 2000 test runs w/o century, Umar-Aaj Poori 69.”

The tweet also contains the record held by Chauhan for being the first cricketer to complete 2000 runs in Test cricket without hitting a single century. Both Sehwag and Chauhan are from Delhi and was associated with the DDCA, of which Chauhan has been a vice president.

Earlier, he had made a hilarious statement on Naman Ojha’s birthday revealing one of the unknown incidents that happened during his marriage. The cricketer married his spouse Ankita in 2011. 25 caterers were abducted from hotel Ujala Palace in Ratlam where Ojha’s wedding reception was being held.

However, one worker managed to escape and returned to the police to get all the criminals arrested. Later, it was revealed that the kidnappers had no intentions of spoiling Ojha’s wedding and had committed the crime over transactions of money with the caterers and for not letting caterers from Indore work in Ratlam.
