Virender Sehwag wishes Zaheer Khan on his birthday with a hilarious tweet

Virender Sehwag is a born entertainer. With his aggressive batting style, he has entertained millions of cricket fans during his time. But there is no end of humour when Viru is around, as, after the 22 yards, he is now ruling the commentary box and the social media. With his hilarious jokes in the commentary box and humorous tweets, he is providing more joy to his fans.

One of the numerous reasons why fans absolutely love the ‘Nawab of Najafgarh’ is that, unlike the rest of the lot, he has a unique way of wishing a fellow cricketer on his birthday, something which was displayed today (October 7). Today is the birthday of one of the most dangerous Indian pacers of all time, if not the most dangerous. The swing king, Zaheer Khan turned 39 today.

Sehwag took the usual Twitter route to wish him on his birthday, by tweeting “Happy Birthday to one of India’s greatest ever bowler and one of the sharpest cricketing brain, Gyaan Baba @ImZaheer#LastBachelorsBirthday”.

Interestingly, the contemporaries of Sehwag are all happy family persons now and are enjoying time with their wives and children. But Zak is the only one yet to tie the knot, and this is probably going to be the last year he will celebrate his birthday as a bachelor. To be mentioned, he was engaged to the Bollywood actress Sagarika Ghagte earlier this year.

While Sehwag always has time for jokes, VVS Laxman‘s birthday wish was simple. “Happy birthday to a wily bowler , wonderful man and a great friend @ImZaheer .Have a great year Zak !” wrote Mr Very Very Special. Zak’s commentary box-mate Aakash Chopra gave him the tag of “Sachin Tendulkar of Indian fast bowling”, and wrote “Wishing the ‘Sachin Tendulkar’ of Indian fast bowling a very happy Birthday…have a good one ZK “.
