Team India, after folding for their lowest total in Tests ever in Adelaide, is working on their combination for the second of the four-match series to be played at the MCG from December 26. Virat Kohli and Mohammed Shami are out of the rest of the series for different reasons which has made things tough for visitors even more. Ajinkya Rahane will be leading India for the next three Tests.

Former cricketers have been giving their opinion on what should be India’s playing XI for the next Test and Wasim Jaffer has also joined the bandwagon now. He has been very much active on social media these days and is always trending thanks to his hilarious memes. Even this time around, Jaffer has come up with an interesting way suggesting Rahane to pick two players for the Boxing Day Test.

Wasim Jaffer has tweeted a coded message for the Indian captain and has given a suggestion to pick Shubman Gill and KL Rahul for the second Test match. “Dear @ajinkyarahane88, here’s a (hidden) message for you. Good luck for Boxing Day! People In Cricket Know Grief In Life Lingers Aplenty Never Dabble Rise And Handcraft Unique Legacy PS: you guys are open to have a go and decode the msg too. #INDvsAUS #AUSvIND,” his tweet read.

If first letter of every word in the message is picked, then it becomes, “Pick Gill and Rahul.” And it has gone viral now on Twitter with the fans taking a liking to Wasim Jaffer’s way of giving a suggestion.

Here’s the tweet:

India to make four changes for Melbourne Test?

India are set to make quite a few changes for the upcoming second Test against Australia. Two are forced with Virat Kohli and Mohammed Shami not playing while Prithvi Shaw and Wriddhiman Saha look set to be dropped. Both the batsmen couldn’t do much in the first Test in Adelaide and as of now, it seems that Gill and Rahul will only make it to the XI along with Rishabh Pant as the specialist keeper.
