Bad weather is something which is not in our hands and cannot be controlled. But, to enjoy it or not is in our hands. After winning the first test at Antigua pretty easily, India’ Caribbean journey as now moved to Jamaica. However, rains continue to be a worrisome problem as the 2nd Test which is currently underway has been hit hard by rains. Delayed starts had become normal in the first two-day but day three saw the whole schedule getting washed out completely.

Only fifteen overs of play possible before players were forced to leave the ground. The rains stopped eventually but the outfield was unfit to resume play. While the West Indians were quickly back to their dressing rooms, the India who currently have  big upper hand over the hosts, chose to make use of the damp atmosphere and chill with a game of friendly football.

Virat Kohli, Murali Vijay, KL Rahul, Umesh Yadav and many others were seen passing time with a short game between themselves. One thing has to be noticed that even in the most moments, Virat Kohli was seen animatedly shouting towards Murali Vijay who sort of fouled and broke the play’s rhythm.

Before the Day four was called off, West Indies were reeling at 48/4. Mohammad Shami and Amit Mishra were the top performers with the ball for India. Despite only a day left for the match to end the India still have a good chance of winning the game.
