There is no denying that many of cricketers are currently obsessed over Allu Arjun’s Pushpa. From the movie dialogues to its songs, every aspect of the film has become a major hit with fans. Now, a video of Indian stalwart Virat Kohli imitating Allu Arjun’s iconic move from the film has gone viral on social media. The right-handed batter imitated the moves during the Day 3 of first Test match between India and Sri Lanka.

Kohli, who was playing his 100th Test match, managed to score 45 runs before he was clean bowled by the left-arm spinner Lasith Embuldeniya. The 33-year-old did not get a chance to bat again in his special match as the home team thrashed the visitors by an innings and 222 runs. Even though Kohli did not get a chance to bat again, the batter was lively in the field cheering for the bowlers to take wickets.

He made his Test debut in 2011 and since then, he has gone on to score 8007 runs at an average over 50. Talking about his limited-over career, Kohli has represented India in 357 matches and has amassed a total of 15607 including both ODIs and T20Is.

Coming back to match, Sri Lanka resumed Day 3 at 108/4. However, they could manage to add only 66 runs for the loss of the remaining six wickets. Right-handed batter Pathum Nissanka was the top scorer for the visitors in their first innings, making an unbeaten 61. Indian allrounder Ravindra Jadeja, who made unbeaten 175 during the first innings, also bagged a five-wicket haul.

After bundling out Sri Lanka for 174, India invited the visitors to bat again after enforcing the follow-on. The home side went on to their task straightaway and toppled the Sri Lankan batting order in 60 overs. Earlier in the game, India after winning the toss decided to bat first with contributions coming from most of the batting order. Jadeja who was announced player of the match was also the top contributor for the home side.
