Watch: Virat Kohli raps and dance to the tunes of AR Rahman

Virat Kohli may come across as aggressive guy on-field. But, the wonderful cricketer is a very chilled out personality off the field. The batting maestro who makes the bowlers dance to his tunes faced a sort of role reversal situation and was made to dance to someone else’s tunes.

In a promotional video for the Premier Futsal League’s official anthem, Kohli, the brand ambassador of the multinational Futsal league, is seen showcasing his dancing skills with the Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman. Both the incredibly talented icons featured in the music video with full-black costumes. Kohli also performed a rap part in the anthem.

“I have been a fan of AR Rahman for years. It will be a personal achievement and also a privilege to share the screen with him and lend my voice to the anthem of Premier Futsal.” On another off day, Kohli shared a picture from his recording day where he can be seen wired with all the recording essentials.

If the legalities are concerned Kohli is apparently promoting an unrecognised league. All India Football Federation (AIFF) president Praful Patel had expressed his concerns over Kohli, who is also the co-owner of Indian Super League (ISL) franchise FC Goa, being the brand ambassador of Premier Futsal, a league unrecognised by both FIFA and AIFF.

Virat Kohli, who was enjoying a break from cricket after the IPL, was back to practice a few day back. The Test skipper will be soon leading India in the upcoming tour of the West Indies.
