Team India players rejuvenated nicely after their epic win against England at Lord’s. The third Test match will begin at Headingley on Wednesday (August 25) and the players have left for Leeds on Friday. Rohit Sharma, Prithvi Shaw, and Shardul Thakur were seen traveling in one bus along with their family members. The trio shares a good bond off the field and can be seen sharing fun banters as well.

This time too, the trio made sure to keep their fans and followers entertained by sharing some fun antics. Rohit Sharma also shared a picture on his official Instagram account wherein he was seen with Thakur and Shaw enjoying a nap. While some players prefer singing songs on the bus and playing some games, the duo preferred sleeping.

Sharma uploaded images on Instagram stories and gave a cheeky caption. “When sleep is life.” Apart from the opening batter, Ritika Sajdeh too jumped into the bandwagon and shared some hilarious moments of the bus journey. Naturally, the first of those included hubby Rohit where the 34-year-old has covered his face with a jacket. Ritika gave a perfect caption to the post and wrote: “The perfect travel buddy.”

Apart from Sharma, she also shared a photo of her other favorite boy Thakur and captioned the post in a sarcastic manner saying the all-rounder is awake this time.

Last but not the least, Shaw shared a couple of pictures wherein Suryalumar Yadav and Ajinkya Rahane can also be seen. “Travel day, off to Leeds,” Shaw wrote in the caption box of the post.

India gearing up for the third Test match

With a stunning performance against England, India has momentum with them heading into the third game. With several key players like Rahane, Pujara, and Sharma stepping up at Lord’s, India’s batting looks in good shape. There were questions against Rahane and Pujara, but the duo responded to the criticism well by scoring 61 and 45 respectively. Kohli too looked at his fluent best in the second innings before Sam Curran dismissed him for 20 runs. But with bowlers delivering the goods on both Tests so far, India are looking a dangerous side.
