Virat Kohli is always extremely excited on the field. He generally stands in the slips and every play and a miss of a batsman excites him and he loves to be in the game all the time. Irrespective of who has picked up a wicket, the Indian captain is always pumped in his celebrations and is also seen gesturing the crowd to make more noise.

Nothing has changed in the ongoing World Test Championship (WTC) Final between India and New Zealand. Virat Kohli has been his usual self and is enjoying the way the pacers are bowling keeping a tight leash on the run-scoring. With rain washing out Day four, India are under pressure to make things happen and win the Final but Kohli doesn’t seem to be in any kind of a worry.

And his chill behaviour was witnessed in the first 15 minutes of play on Day five. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli were in the slips during the play when the latter as expectedly more active moving back and forth. He was also seen making weird gestures and also jumping in the cold weather in the middle. At the same time, Rohit was amazed to see his captain do that and made hilarious gestures while trying to seek his attention towards play.

Here’s the video:

Rohit and Virat crucial for India in 2nd innings

Meanwhile, even as India try to bundle out New Zealand as early as possible in the first innings, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will be crucial for the team’s fortunes in the second essay. The former looked good opening the innings on the second day of the Test and was unlucky not to get to his half-century. Rohit got out for 34 and many felt, he squandered yet another start.

On the other hand, Kohli played with so much patience and looked class apart for his 44-run knock. However, Kyle Jamieson got the better of him with a wonderful delivery which nipped back in significantly to catch him plumb in front of the stumps.
