Yuzvendra Chahal is currently in the UAE with his franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore for the second half of the IPL. His wife Dhanashree Verma has also joined the spinner in the UAE. She is often spotted cheering for the team from the stands. On the occasion of her birthday, Chahal has penned down a special message for his wife.

The RCB spinner took it to his official Instagram account to share a picture of both of them to wish his wife on her birthday. Chahal added four pictures in the post. He also added a fitting caption to the post wherein he expressed his gratefulness for having her as his life partner.

“Happy birthday, my love. You deserve the very best out of life because you are the very best thing that has ever happened to me. Happy birthday to the angel that lights up my life. I am so grateful that I was able to find my way to you. Happy Birthday Again wifey,” the caption read.

The duo had tied the knot in December last year, in Gurugram. The couple is super active across the social media platforms and keeps entertaining their fans and followers. Opening up on how the both of them got together, Dhanashree had previously stated that they got in touch due to dance.

“It started off as a student-teacher relationship in April. He had seen my dance videos on YouTube and knew about my work. During the lockdown, Yuzi decided to learn a few new things, including dance. So, he got in touch with me and we started our classes. Slowly we became friends and sort of felt a connect,” she had earlier said as quoted by Hindustan Times.

Chahal who is currently playing the IPL has had a tough time lately. He also missed out from the upcoming T20 World Cup squad as the Indian team went with the spin duo of Ashwin and Jadeja along with other few key spinners. The spinner had earlier stated that his wife helped him to cope up with the challenging time and also boosted his morale.
