Yuvraj Singh shares an inspiring New Year message for his fans

Yuvraj Singh who is known for his never say never attitude shared an inspiring new year message with his fans urging everyone to “inspire others” and not “forget to dare.”  The cricketing journey in the year 2018 wasn’t the best for the Punjab born batsman who had a poor IPL outing in 2018 for the Kings XI Punjab but he has stayed positive.

The southpaw who is currently not in the plans of Indian selectors to be considered for the national team is considering IPL 2019 as a golden chance to make an impact. However, recent performances and age as a factor are not on his side as the left-hander is not the same dashing player he used to be a few years ago.

Yuvi in his post said that 2019 is about new beginnings and that it was time to get up and get going. It is for him the time to accomplish the dreams and go the extra mile to live, dare and inspire this year.

“Happy New year! 2019 brings new beginnings and it’s time to get up and get going. Make the most of this New Year and accomplish all you have dreamt of. Go the extra distance because I know, you we can Live dare inspire this year!” Yuvi wrote.

Rohit Sharma is a terrific captain

Soon after Yuvraj Singh was picked up by MI, he was quoted as saying to NDTV Sports, “I think Rohit is a terrific captain. He is someone who keeps his nerves pretty calm. I have seen Rohit grow in front of me, as a player, as a cricketer, as a human. I think he is one of the best examples of a human being I have seen through a lot of cricketers. Definitely, one of the great players in One-Day cricket and a very humble human being and we share a great camaraderie. And hopefully, it works on the field and you know, I am just looking forward to playing under him.”
