Yuvraj Trolled Parthiv Patel over the Wicket that never was: IPL bring us some exciting cricket, breathtaking performances, nail biting finishes and of course some hilarious incidents. One such incident that took place this year involved Yuvraj and Parthiv Patel. Yuvraj has been one of the best players for India winning his country major trophies. He is known for his monstrous hits, 6 sixes at Kingsmead, cancer survival, World Cup heroics, and sarcasms. On the other hand Parthiv, an average batsman has had a mediocre international career. But he has produced some good performances in IPL 2015.

This incident took place when Mumbai Indians faced Delhi Daredevils and Yuvraj was at the crease. The ball got past his bat and it fell into the gloves of the MI wicket-keeper Parthiv Patel. Everyone was convinced that Yuvi was out. Such was the appeal by Patel. But Yuvi knew his fellow Indian well as he stayed and waited for umpire’s decision. Guess what Yuvi got it right. Parthiv might just have created some record by dismissing a batsman by taking a one bounce catch.

Fortunately Yuvraj knew the foxy tricks that the keeper was trying out. This issue got even hilarious when they discussed this on Twitter recently. Yuvraj trolled Parthiv appreciating his extraordinary appealing skills as he said: “can anyone appeal more jaally (fake) than you”.

And in reply to that Parthiv thanked Yuvi for teaching that skill saying “Yes… learnt it from u..U only encouraged me”.

Yuvraj then said “really I’m honoured ! The same way I learnt to hit sixes from you” and

Parthiv replied “Sorry I can’t take credit for that…no one is as good as u..but as a senior u should take credit for encouraging youngster”.

Yuvraj then got to his sarcastic best as he tweeted back “Hahahaha youngster!?…just cause u look 17 with those heavy cheeks doesn’t mean u are a youngster”.

Parthiv countered saying “just because u look older than your age and I look younger than my age…Don’t be jealous.”

Yuvraj has entertained people all over the world with his amazing batting but this time he has done it with his sarcasm and humor.
