Kedar Jadhav will be back playing for the Indian team when they take on the West Indies team in the three-match ODI series starting from December 15, 2019, in Chennai. The Maharashtra batsman was last seen playing against the same team when India toured the Caribbean just after the completion of the 2019 World Cup, in which Jadhav was also seen turning out for the Men in Blue.

Jadhav has been amusing his fans a lot with his photos in various poses on Instagram. However, this has become fodder for his teammates to troll him on social media. In the forefront of doing this is Indian vice-captain Rohit Sharma who hasn’t missed a single chance to make fun of his teammate given that the last time Jadhav had posted a photo of himself in full cricket gear, Sharma had posted that he should concentrate on batting rather than posing for the camera.

Kedar Jadhav had led the Maharashtra team in the recently concluded Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy

Kedar Jadhav took his photoshoot to the next level by posting a picture on his Instagram account in a traditional outfit with matching glasses. He captioned the photo, “Be fearlessly authentic. Have a happy Monday!” This led to a flood of comments from his fans and teammates including Rishabh Pant as well, who commented “class” on his photo.

But the most entertaining came from Rohit Sharma, who in his typical Mumbaiya language praised Jadhav saying “Zeher Bhai Zeher” on the photo. The post, published yesterday, has so far garnered over 123,902 likes. Apart from Rohit’s ‘Zeher’ comment, Yuzvendra Chahal also commented “Katti zehar bhaiya”, followed by emojis.

Kedar Jadhav had led the Maharashtra team in the recently concluded Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2019-20 and is part of the Ranji Trophy team as well. Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma will be looking to win the T20I series for his team when India and West Indies take on one another on his home ground of Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai in the deciding match with the series 1-1. The opener is yet to get a big score in the series with him making 15 and 8 runs in the first two T20Is in Hyderabad and Thiruvananthapuram.
