After Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni impressed fans with his 46-ball 75 on Sunday, playing against the Rajasthan Royals, he couldn’t do much to save his team from the hands of the Mumbai Indians. After Rohit Sharma’s Mumbai Indians (MI) emerged victorious against Dhoni’s CSK, the little Ziva Dhoni was seen playing with the Mumbai skipper.

Both teams are three-time champions of the coveted IPL title and it’s always interesting to watch the two ace teams of the league lock horns. The Chennai-based franchise, led by captain MS Dhoni, was unbeaten in their first three games of the IPL 2019 season. However, after playing against the Mumbai Indians-who were desperate for a win- the CSK are now not impenetrable anymore.

The Chennai team has now dropped to the second position in the IPL 2019 points table whereas Mumbai who have won two out of their four games so far hold the sixth spot. It was Hardik Pandya, the main factor who made the defending champions taste their first defeat in the 12th edition of the IPL, as CSK lost to the visiting Mumbai Indians by 37, on Wednesday.

Chasing a target of 171 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, the Chennai batsmen looked out of touch with the exception of Kedhar Jadhav, who played a contentious 58-run knock. Meanwhile, Lasith Malinga and the star of the game Hardik Pandya unnerved the Chennai batting line-up, both dismissing three batsmen each.

Ziva, who has travelled with the national team quite often, is a favourite of all her dad’s friends and it reflects in the video.
