Virat Kohli is extremely aggressive on the field. But he has found a way to deal with the fans and the media in the last few years. Either he clears the air with straightforward comments or he doesn’t give too much heed to any of the news. However, that wasn’t the case in the early years of his international career. Kohli, time and again, used to be in the controversy for his altercations with media and the crowd.

One such incident happened back in December 2011 during India’s fateful tour of Australia. Virat Kohli, out of frustration, ended up showing his middle finger to the crowd and the controversy had gone a long way then. During the same period, Kohli was offended by a Twitter user for abusing him.

The current Indian skipper had then told him that his account has been reported and will be deactivated soon. Kohli had also advised him not to tweet to abuse others. “@ishaan3 your account has been reported and will be deactivated soon. dont tweet if u wana use foul language,” he had tweeted.

Three reminders from a fan

While Virat Kohli must have easily forgotten the matter soon, the fan is making sure to give him reminders time and again that his account is still active. In 2016, he replied to the cricketer’s tweet letting him know about the same and did it again on Thursday. Twitterati has found it extremely funny and as expected, the fans are drooling over it now.

Here are the tweets:

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli will soon be in the UAE with the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) squad for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The tournament is set to commence on September 19 behind closed doors and Kohli will be itching to get back on the field after a long break from the sport due to the pandemic.

All the teams are expected to reach UAE by August 22 and stay in quarantine for seven days before starting with their three-week camp ahead of the cash-rich league.
