One of the strongest departments of this Azhar Ali-led team is their bowling. They have got a good mixture of fast bowlers along with the world-class leg-spin of Yasir Shah. In the first Test match, this bowling combination troubled the England batters a lot and things weren’t different in the second game either.

On Day 4, England batsmen faced one of the most hostile five overs swing bowling spell from the Pakistan bowlers. Shaheen Afridi and Mohammad Abbas left the English batsmen clueless during that period.

When the play started on Day 5, the sun was out and conditions became a lot easier to bat but the Pakistan pacers were up to the mark in terms of their line and length. So it is a good sign ahead of the third and final Test at the same venue that the bowlers are still in the groove and eager to perform well.
