Kieron Pollard is the most recent addition to the six-sixes club. The T20 legend has been in the circuit for over a decade and continues to amaze his fans with his brutal striking of the cricket ball. Adding on, Pollard can bowl in a couple of valuable overs whenever the bowling attack is leaking runs. He is a player who can win you matches in any situation. 

Talking about his IPL history, he has been one of the most prolific players for the Mumbai Indians. With a strike rate of 149.87, he can tee-off from the word go. Last year, he had a strike rate of 191.42. Well, he certainly is a modern-day legend in this format. 

However, Pollard has a history when it comes to going off books in the IPL. During an IPL game, he attempted to throw the bat at Mitchell Starc. As a result of this, Pollard lost 75% of his match fees. Later on, he was charged under article 2.2.7 of the IPL’s code of conduct. This became the headlines of various newspapers and as a result, left a bad impression on the tournament.
