Shivnarine Chanderpaul name doesn’t need any introduction, who is regarded as one of the finest batsmen that West Indies has ever produced in its cricketing history. The left-handed batsman signed off from international cricket back in 2015 after playing for 17 years and scored more than 20,000 international runs. He loved the game so much that he continued playing in domestic cricket.

Soon, his son Tagenarine also began taking long strides in his quest to take his father’s legacy forward. At the age of 22, he got the opportunity to play alongside his father as they both play for the same team in domestic cricket. It is great to watch this father-son pair complementing each other while batting.

They once stitched a mammoth partnership of 256 runs in a 40-over game for Gandhi Youth Organization. On the other hand, they both were involved in a hilarious incident when junior Chanderpaul got run out following his confusion while running between the wicket with his father.
