Once he became popular, people on Twitter started noticing that Parkinson had posted a lot of hate tweets against Indian players and Indian cricket, especially MS Dhoni. Two other players who were targetted by the leg-spinner were <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/after-rohit-sharma-and-virat-kohli-kl-rahul-comes-forward-to-donate-amid-coronavirus-outbreak/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Virat Kohli</strong></a> and Ravindra Jadeja. In one of his tweets from 2012, he wrote, &#8220;Kohli and Dhoni are disgraces.&#8221;

After Indian fans discovered these tweets, fans got really upset and started bashing the 23-year-old for his tweets. One of the fans also noticed that the spinner had removed more than 3,000 tweets from his profile once people started digging up his tweets.

After the World Cup semi-final against New Zealand, MS Dhoni decided to take a break from international cricket. Right after the mega event, India was supposed to be tour West Indies. However, the wicketkeeper decided to pull out of the tour and instead went and served for the Indian army in Kashmir during that time. Sky Sports had tweeted about this and Bumble replied to that tweet. In the tweet, he didn&#8217;t say anything but only posted two &#8220;teary-eyed laughing&#8221; emoticons.

This is quite a recent incident. Though we can&#8217;t say it was a direct attack on Dhoni, it is quite evident that what was <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/had-anil-kumble-captained-india-more-he-wouldve-broken-a-lot-of-records-gautam-gambhir/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Gautam Gambhir</strong></a> trying to do here. On 2nd April 2020, a leading website posted a tweet in which there was an image of Dhoni&#8217;s six which was the famous shot which won India the World Cup in 2011.

After reading this tweet, Gambhir replied stating that they should understand that six from Dhoni, didn&#8217;t win the World Cup for India, but it was a team effort. However, the post didn&#8217;t ever intend to say that it was that shot which won the trophy, but it only treated that shot like the moment when the team became World Champions.

This didn&#8217;t go down well with the fans. According to them, the cricketer-turned-politician didn&#8217;t like the fact he wasn&#8217;t given any credit for the win. Apart from this, Gambhir has previously been critical of Dhoni&#8217;s moves when he was at the helm.

Two other players who were targetted by the leg-spinner were <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/after-rohit-sharma-and-virat-kohli-kl-rahul-comes-forward-to-donate-amid-coronavirus-outbreak/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Virat Kohli</strong></a> and Ravindra Jadeja. In one of his tweets from 2012, he wrote, &#8220;Kohli and Dhoni are disgraces.&#8221;</p>
<p>After Indian fans discovered these tweets, fans got really upset and started bashing the 23-year-old for his tweets. One of the fans also noticed that the spinner had removed more than 3,000 tweets from his profile once people started digging up his tweets.</p>

Though he was a brilliant first-class cricketer, he didn&#8217;t make his big at the international level. He just played nine Tests and eight ODIs. Since the early 2000s, he has made a name for himself at the international as a commentator but last year, the 73-year-old faced serious backlash from the fans on Twitter.</p>
<p>After the World Cup semi-final against New Zealand, MS Dhoni decided to take a break from international cricket. Right after the mega event, India was supposed to be tour West Indies. However, the wicketkeeper decided to pull out of the tour and instead went and served for the Indian army in Kashmir during that time. Sky Sports had tweeted about this and Bumble replied to that tweet. In the tweet, he didn&#8217;t say anything but only posted two &#8220;teary-eyed laughing&#8221; emoticons.</p>
<p>This reply obviously didn&#8217;t go down well for his fans. Bumble didn&#8217;t reply or post any tweet but Dhoni&#8217;s fan brutally trolled him for this incident.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.crictracker.com/jofra-archers-old-tweet-goes-viral-after-oil-prices-go-negative-in-the-united-states/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Jofra Archer</strong></a> has been quite popular with his Twitter predictions from the past. There have been several instances where people have noticed that his old tweets have been quite relevant enough to be compared with the current situation. However, some of Archer&#8217;s old tweets have also been slightly controversial.</p>
<p>In 2014 IPL, Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings faced each other in the qualifier 2. Virender Sehwag smashed a superb century and Chennai failed to qualify to the final. There wasn&#8217;t much which the CSK captain could have done. However, Archer, at this moment, took a sly dig at Dhoni. He posted a tweet in which he wrote, &#8220;Dhoni feel he smart&#8221;. In a few other tweets, he had also ridiculed Dhoni.</p>
<p>Even though the sentence was grammatically wrong, it is quite obvious what he meant by that. Archer received quite a heavy backlash from MSD&#8217;s fans on Twitter after this tweet got exposed.</p>

<p>This is quite a recent incident. Though we can&#8217;t say it was a direct attack on Dhoni, it is quite evident that what was <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/had-anil-kumble-captained-india-more-he-wouldve-broken-a-lot-of-records-gautam-gambhir/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Gautam Gambhir</strong></a> trying to do here. On 2nd April 2020, a leading website posted a tweet in which there was an image of Dhoni&#8217;s six which was the famous shot which won India the World Cup in 2011.</p>
<p>After reading this tweet, Gambhir replied stating that they should understand that six from Dhoni, didn&#8217;t win the World Cup for India, but it was a team effort. However, the post didn&#8217;t ever intend to say that it was that shot which won the trophy, but it only treated that shot like the moment when the team became World Champions.</p>
<p>This didn&#8217;t go down well with the fans. According to them, the cricketer-turned-politician didn&#8217;t like the fact he wasn&#8217;t given any credit for the win. Apart from this, Gambhir has previously been critical of Dhoni&#8217;s moves when he was at the helm.</p>

<p>Sanjay Manjrekar is one person who has been really critical of many things in cricket. And this has even led people to say things about him. The former Indian player has been called out several times for his comments and analysis of the game. But, this incident wasn&#8217;t something that could just get past the radar of Dhoni fans.</p>

<p>Whatever he wanted to point out by making this observation wasn&#8217;t really clear much. But, Dhoni&#8217;s fans did take it as an attack on Dhoni&#8217;s batting abilities. After Sanjay Manjrekar posted this tweet, people came up and pointed out that he was spreading negative thoughts about Dhoni&#8217;s batting, while during the world cup, his form wasn&#8217;t bad at all. Dhoni was getting runs regularly and was hitting the ball well also.</p>
