The three-match T20 series will commence after the conclusion of the ODI series which Australia won 4-1. India salvaged some pride and gained a more-boosting victory winning the last game of the ODI series. The matches were high-scoring in the ODIs and the same is expected in the T20Is too. Both teams made drastic changes and surprising inclusions in their squads. Youngsters with potentials were given their deserved chances while the experienced heads will also be making their comebacks.

Eyes would be on Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Shaun Tait and Shane Watson, who are making a comeback into their national side after a hiatus. Australia’s premier Test specialist Nathan Lyon, is most likely to make his debut in the T20Is. He has very impactful in the T20 format playing for the Sydney Sixers and would be another interesting player to watch out for.

Chris Lynn’s stupendous performance in the Big Bash made him a completely impossible player to overlook for the Australian selectors. Lynn was the shining factor in the Brisbane Heats team which finished third for the bottom this season. The right-handed middle-order batsman aggregated 378 runs in 8 matches at a strike rate of 173.39. His superb striking abilities were on display this season where he smashed the most number of sixes in the tournament- 27 sixes overall. Lynn will surely be the player on whom everybody will keep a keen eye when he comes out to bat against India.
