6 sixes of 6 balls vs England ICC World T20 2007

The first ever ICC World T20 needed something big to make it a success and Chris Gayle gave it a start by hitting the first ever century in T20 internationals. But it was Yuvraj Singh that gave the tournament its real identity in the match against England. India was already on their way to a decent total thanks to 136 runs opening partnership between Sehwag (68) and Gambhir (58).

But when Yuvraj Singh arrived on the crease in the 17th over, England had no idea what was going to hit them the next over. Yuvi had an argument with Andrew Flintoff and it was a young Stuart Broad who paid for it, as Yuvraj launched all of his 6 balls in that over for huge sixes. In fact his onslaught gave him a 50 off just 12 balls; the fastest ever recorded international fifty. India finished the innings with 218 runs and despite a good effort by England, won the match by 18 runs.
