Afghanistan will be facing off Ireland in a 3-match T20I series starting on Friday at the Greater Noida Sports Complex. Though Afghanistan continued its struggle from the last year’s World Cup in the ODI format, their success in the T20Is remained the same. Afghanistan recently shared the T20I Tri-series with Bangladesh where they lost a couple of matches but bounced back with a 2-1 series victory over West Indies. On the other hand, the Irish team managed to drew their series in the Caribbean earlier this year.
