Anushka Sharma quashes reports of her marriage with cricketer Virat Kohli

Reports buzzed around the month, saying that the Indian skipper Virat Kohli would be getting married to the Actress Anushka Sharma in the month of December. However, Anushka has quashed all reports that linked the pair to a marriage. One of the biggest reasons for the link-up this month was the commercial that the couple did together, which made the media to link them left-right and centre.

In the advertisement, the Indian skipper is seen asking Anushka Sharma about the wedding vows of the different couple that are getting married. Also added was a bucket-list goal, which the couple discussed in the advertisement. Kohli is seen promising in the advertisement that he would cook 15 days a month, to which Anushka agreed without any regret.

However, as per Bollywood Bubble, the news seems to be untrue. They reported that they contacted Anushka Sharma and her spokesperson denied any such news. The spokesperson said, “There is no truth to this whatsoever.”

Earlier reports that suggested their marriage

The news shot straight after the advertisement led to The New Indian Express wrote that Virat Kohli asked for an off in the month of December, citing personal reasons. What the personal reason was unknown. The news, however, is not true because Virat Kohli is skippering the Indian Test side against Sri Lanka which would go on until Mid-December.

Rumours about the couple tying the knot is not a new thing for both the media, as well as the couple themselves. Last year reports surfaced that while the couple were enjoying their holiday in Dehradun, rumours had broken out that they were having a private ceremony with the news of celebrity and guests landing in Dehradun on the same day. The Indian skipper, himself took to Twitter to quash all the rumours that spread during his holidays.
