Anushka Sharma thanks god for Virat Kohli’s birth

Virat Kohli, in the last few years of his international career, has turned out to be a class apart from his cricketing counterparts. He has racked up tons on runs for India and has turned out to be a massive headache for the opponents in all three formats of the sport. The Delhi born cricketer is currently on a break as India lock horns with Windies in the three-match T20I series.

Nevertheless, he would be back in the T20I series against Australia, which gets underway on Wednesday, November 21 at The Gabba in Brisbane. He recently became the owner of 10,000 ODI runs and became the fastest batsman to achieve the feat. The Delhi-born batsman is currently celebrating his 30th birthday and wishes have poured in for the Indian captain.

Anushka in awe of Virat

Many from the cricketing fraternity have already heaped praises on Kohli on the auspicious occasion. In the meantime, Anushka Sharma, Virat’s better half also showered his husband with accolades on the wonderful occasion. The Bollywood actor has been married to Virat ever since December 2017 when they tied the knots in a destination wedding in Italy.

Thereafter, both gave reception parties in Mumbai and Delhi respectively. Their relationship has only flourished and they have given couple goals to a number of lovebirds. Anushka has also accompanied his husband to a number of the latter’s cricketing assignments. Be it the Indian Premier League or any overseas tours, Anushka has always cheered vociferously for Virat.

They have also stood beside each other when they have been a recipient of a severe amount of criticism from the public. Recently, both also celebrated their first ‘Karvachauth’ and shared pictures from the event.  In the meantime, Anushka uploaded a couple of pictures on Kohli’s birthday, captioned them and wrote, “Thank God for his birth,”
