Covid-19 continues to wreak havoc in the England camp. The head coach of the England cricket team, Chris Silverwood, and his entire family have been instructed to go into isolation for 10 days after another positive case emerged in the England camp.

A member who is a part of the England touring camp has tested positive for Covid-19 after the RT-PCR tests were conducted.  Silverwood will remain in Melbourne, and will not travel with the England side for the New Year’s Test match at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

The England camp has been ravaged by Covid-19. During the 3rd Test match at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) some members of the support staff tested positive for Covid-19. After this, all the England players underwent Covid-19 tests but luckily returned negative results.
