Usman Khawaja, the Pakistan-born left-handed batsman, has played the same number of Tests as Shaun Marsh, but his numbers are more impressive. Khawaja in his 35 tests has scored over 2400 runs at an average of over 43. The left-hander also has 13 half-centuries and 7 hundreds to his name. He recently recovered from a knee injury, which he suffered during Australia’s tour of the UAE.

As if these numbers weren’t enough for him to make the list, the 31-year-old has an average of 59.38 at home with the highest score of 174. Interestingly, Usman is yet to play a test against India, but the kind of batsman he is, we know he can, and hopefully will, justify his inclusion in this list.
