New Zealand’s opening batsman Colin Munro adds a lot of value to any T20I side in the world but hasn’t been able to weave his magic in IPL yet. He’s been a part of the IPL for three seasons (2016, 2018, and 2019) across two teams (Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Delhi Capitals). The batsman has played just 13 games scoring 177 runs at a mere average of 14.75 and a strike-rate of 125.53.

However, he can attract buyers in the upcoming auction for IPL 2021 after a stunning performance in the ongoing edition of the Big Bash League. Playing for Sydney Sixers, Colin Munro has amassed 438 runs at a decent average of 29.20 and a strike rate of 128.82, with 82 runs being his highest score.

The 33-year-old also boasts of having an impressive international record in the shortest format of the game. In 65 matches, he has scored 1724 runs at an average of 31.3 and strike rate of 156.4.
