BCCI reveal payment details above 25 lakhs during August 2017

Today, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) divulged its payments made above Rs. 25 lacs for the month of June 2017. Firstly, the associations who received payment were Orissa Cricket Association who were given Rs. 37,59,031 for hosting an ODI match during India vs England series. Vidarbha Cricket Association received reimbursement of Rs. 56,25,486 for hosting two U 19 India vs England Youth-Test matches.

Indian Team physiotherapist, Patrick Farhat, received his fees for the period 01.11.16 to 31.03.17 i.e. 58,87,139. Umesh Yadav received Rs. 34,79,729 for the prize money of ICC Test Rankings 2016-2017. Harbhajan Singh and Axar Patel were paid Rs. 62,52,871 and Rs. 37,51,722 respectively for the share of gross revenue 2015-16 International matches played in outside India. Stuart Binny, too, received 92,46,412 for the same. GST payment for the month of July 2017 was 44,29,516.

Airfare, lodging costs paid

Next, payment to Trade Wings Ltd. was made for the cost of air tickets issued. The payment for the cost of air tickets issued to members COA, BCCI Officials, Auditors, legal advisors, selectors etc. was Rs. 33,02,997. The cost of air tickets issued to players, BCCI officials etc. was Rs. 25,36,261. Cost of air tickets issued to India A team members for South Africa tour was Rs. 36,54,933.

BigTree Entertainment Pvt Ltd. was paid Accreditation service fee for IPL Season 2017 of 1,61,28,998. Hotel The Pavillion was paid 46,41,285 for Stay charges of India and Australia Teams and Support Staff during Test Match at Dharamshala from 25/03 to 29/03.

Meanwhile, the foreign payments included fees for IPL 2017 and reimbursement of expenses (USD 234727.77 LESS TDS USD 23400 NET USD 211327.77 * 63.709) to Zing International PTY Ltd. Pulse Innovation received reimbursement of Rs. 92,44,484 for hosting and CDN services fee for the period Jan to March to 2017. Spidercam payment of 58,166,20 was made as well.
