Both India and South Africa were favourites to qualify for the semi-finals from Group B, but as it’s always been, Cricket is a game of chances and anything can happen in it. In last two days, we have witnessed two title contenders toppled by Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

India’s defeat against Sri Lanka has not only given Sri Lanka a chance to make it through to semi-finals but also, has opened the group where each team has a chance to make it through, only if rain doesn’t become spoilsport.

We all know that this year’s Champions Trophy will be known more for its rain that the matches going all down to the wire. Weather reports suggest that rain hasn’t left England and make play a pivotal part in the qualification scenario.

What will happen if both the games of Group B are washed out?
