Virat Kohli is in the best form of his life and recently registering his 33rd ODI century against South Africa in the first ODI at Durban. With this century, he now has 54 international centuries and ranks fifth-highest in the number of centuries in international cricket. He carried his stellar form with him to the tour of South Africa and helped himself to two brilliant centuries out there so far. The Indian skipper has also joined the likes of Sachin Tendulkar and Sanath Jayasuriya now who have scored ODI hundreds in nine out of 10 original full member nations.

Virat is an unstoppable force to reckon with in international cricket and poses a serious threat to every opponent that he plays against. He is constantly seeking to improve his game and works extremely hard behind the scenes. His hard work has paid dividends and is continuing to enjoy some great success with the bat. Moreover, with these two centuries in South Africa, Virat now has a scored a hundred against all ICC full-time Test-playing nations in their own backyard, except for Pakistan.

Hopefully, India will come to Pakistan: Arthur

After the terrorist attacks on Srilankan team in 2009, international cricket has been stalled in Pakistan. Furthermore, the political relationships between India and Pakistan have been on the bitter side for quite some time now. India last played a bilateral series in Pakistan in 2005-06. They played three Tests and five ODIs back then against their arch-rivals under the captaincy of Rahul Dravid, India lost the Test series to Pakistan 0-1. But, they comprehensively won the ODI series 4-1.

Although there were many talks of India touring Pakistan in the recent times, it never turned out into reality. India will have to tour Pakistan if Virat Kohli has to score an ODI century in all the permanent member countries. Pakistan coach spoke about the possibilities of Kohli scoring a century in Pakistan. He said that his team will make it tough for him to score that century.

“Kohli is a fantastic player but our team will make it “hard” (for him) to score a century there(Pakistan). It has been a great pleasure to watch Kohli scoring against all teams and it is always enjoyable to watch his batting. However, our bowlers will not make it easy for him to score there”, the South Africa-born Arthur added. Mickey is currently holidaying in Australia after Pakistan’s tour of New Zealand. “Hopefully, India will come to play in Pakistan”, he signed off.
