<p>The left-handed opener from New Zealand has had a rather dicey outing in the IPL. Colin Munro has been pretty inconsistent in the IPL, but that does not take away how dangerous he can be, especially in the power play. His services would be welcomed by quite a few teams who need an explosive opener.</p>
<p><strong><a href="https://www.crictracker.com/colin-munro-to-miss-the-psl-2021-for-islamabad-united-after-missing-out-on-booking-quarantine-slot-in-new-zealand/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Colin Munro</a> </strong>last played the IPL in 2019 for Delhi Capitals. His numbers in the tournament does not do justice to the kind of impact he could have on the game. He has played 12 innings in the tournament and has scored 177 runs.</p>
<p>In the T20 series against India in January 2020, Munro scored 178 runs in 5 innings. Munro also made an impact in the Big Bash League 2020-21 as he was among the top 5 run scorers in the tournament. He could definitely make a valuable impact for any team he goes to.</p>

<p>Overseas fast bowling all-rounders hold a high value in the tournament. Chris Morris is a perfect example of how an overseas player fits into the team and gives stability to the team. Morris was released by RCB and now he finds himself in the auction pool.</p>
<p>A player of Morris&#8217; stature will definitely attract high bids from numerous teams. In the 2020 IPL, the South African took 11 wickets in 9 games and also had a decent outing with the bat down the order. Morris also has stats to back-up his reputation as he has scored 550 runs with a strike rate of over 155.</p>
<p>His hard hitting abilities down the order will bag him heavy bids. <strong><a href="https://www.crictracker.com/rcb-will-run-after-mitchell-starc-if-he-is-available-aakash-chopra/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">RCB</a> </strong>might just try and get him back in the squad. Delhi Capitals, too, could be possible suitors for Chris Morris.</p>

<p>Dawid Malan is probably the most exciting batsman up for grabs in the upcoming auctions. The English batsman has never played in the Indian Premier League. However, that is likely to change this year, especially with the form Malan is in.</p>
<p>Over the last couple of years, the English number 3 has shown how dangerous he can be with the bat. In 19 T20I innings, Dawid Malan has scored 850 runs at an average of 53 and a strike rate of 150. With such stats, an IPL contract is just gonna knock your door.</p>
<p>Last season, Chennai Super Kings were below average with the bat. They lacked quick runs in the middle overs. Getting Dawid Malan in their team is definitely going to solve the middle order problem for <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/not-22-9-crore-heres-actual-purse-of-csk-ahead-of-ipl-2021-auction/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>CSK</strong>.</a></p>

<p>The left-arm all rounder from Bangladesh will be another big name in the auctions. After serving a one year ban, Shakib Al Hasan will be an integral part of IPL Auctions 2021. <strong><a href="https://www.crictracker.com/3-teams-that-can-pick-shakib-al-hasan-in-ipl-2021-auction/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Shakib</a> </strong>last played IPL for Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2019.</p>
<p>Overall, Shakib Al Hasan has been a consistent performer with the bat as well as the ball in IPL. He has scored 750 runs in the IPL at an average of 21 and a strike rate of 126. With the ball, he has taken 60 wickets in 63 matches with a decent economy rate.</p>
<p>Shakib ticks all the boxes a player possibly can which means he will bag a few bids. In Sunrisers Hyderabad, he couldn&#8217;t get regular chances because of the overseas limit. However, teams like Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals could well use his services to strengthen their middle order.</p>

<p>Sheldon Cottrell is the biggest West Indian name to go under the hammer in IPL 2021 Auctions. Over the years, West Indians have always been the centre of the Indian Premier League and have entertained the fans. Sheldon Cottrell is also expected to find a team after being released by Kings XI Punjab earlier this year.</p>
<p>Sheldon Cottrell had a rather decent, and somewhat inconsistent outing. He made his debut in IPL 2020 where he took 6 wickets in 6 games. There were games where he was extremely vital for the Kings whereas some games he would just want to forget. Having said that, one cannot deny the strength of the left arm quick with the ball.</p>
<p>Cottrell&#8217;s pace can rip through any batting line up, given on a particular day. With lack of left arm pacers in the teams, Sheldon Cottrell is likely to find a team this time as well. RCB, CSK, RR and KXIP are likely to battle it out for the Windies&#8217; quick.</p>

<p>In the Indian Premier League, the Indian players hold a much bigger value than the overseas counterparts. A fast bowling Indian all rounder is rare and Shivam Dube provides just that. As a cherry on top of the cake, Shivam Dube is also a middle order hard hitter who can give you quick runs in the middle overs.</p>

He scored 169 runs at a decent strike rate and an average of 17. With the ball, he took 4 wickets in 7 innings to conclude his season.</p>
<p>In the recent Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, the Mumbaikar scored over 150 runs at an average of over 35. His all round abilities will make him one of the hottest players in the auctions with a lot of teams going after him.</p>
