CPL 2015 Final Barbados Trident v Trinidad & Tobago; T&T to win the crown- Twitter Reactions: The Final of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2015 was the Barbados Tridents v Trinidad & Tobago Red Steel game. T&T pushed by half-century knocks by CS Delport and Pakistan wicket-keeper Kamran Akmal who scored 50 and 60 respectively got into a winnable position after the end of the 1st innings. Both Delport and Akmal scored the runs they did at a strike rate in access of 130. Skipper Dwayne Bravo’s 29 off 15 balls towards the end of the half helped his team reach 178 in 20 overs.

Though most of the Barbados Trident batsmen got off to starts but since none of them could stay on for longer than 30 balls, it clearly indicates the lack of stability in the innings and regular loss of wickets. Opener Dwayne Smith top scored 49 from 30 balls, the next best score was Misbah-Ul-Haq’s 21 off 18 balls. But in the end it was too much for the Barbados’ boys and Trinidad & Tobago Red Steel won the match and the CPL 2015 final by 20 runs.
