The 22-year-old has impressed with his outing in the 16th IPL edition and accumulated 231 runs in 11 games at an economy of 151.97.

Talking about Shikhar Dhawan, the southpaw has been a run-machine in the Indian Premier League. He has featured in 214 games and amassed a staggering tally of 6593 runs at a strike rate of 127.16. On his day, the ace batter has taken top-quality bowling attacks to the cleaners and stamped his authority on the cricket field.

Dhawan has displayed his class in the ongoing season as well. The 37-year-old has played eight games and aggregated 349 runs at a strike rate of 143.62. He would look to put his best foot forward in the crunch game against Delhi Capitals.

Middle Order: Bhanuka Rajapaksa, Jitesh Sharma (wk), Shahrukh Khan

Punjab Kings have Bhanuka Rajapaksa, Jitesh Sharma and Shahrukh Khan in the middle order. Rajapaksa has been a bankable name in the T20 circuit and amassed 2940 runs in 157 matches at a strike rate of 134.92. The Punjab management would hope the Sri Lankan batter delivers the goods in the forthcoming game.

Talking about Shahrukh Khan, the Chennai-born has obliterated bowling attacks with his power-hitting might and changed the momentum of the game in favour of his side. He would look to put up a show with the bat in the clash on Friday.

All-rounders: Liam Livingstone, Sam Curran

Liam Livingstone is a ferocious striker of the cricket ball and has dismantled bowling attacks for fun in the T20 circuit. The 29-year-old has played a fearless brand of cricket in the 2023 season of the cash-rich league and smashed 172 runs in six games at a strike rate of 163.80.

Besides his batting exploits, Livingstone is no muck with the ball and has chipped in with crucial overs when required.
